Questions about pricing
What counts as an 'AI-handled conversation'?
One billing unit per customer thread per 24-hour window — it's counted when the AI first replies, and every message back and forth with that customer for the next 24 hours is included. After 24 hours, the next AI reply starts a new billable conversation, even if the customer is still mid-chat. Messages you answer yourself never count.
What happens when I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll handle any conversations beyond your monthly allowance at the per-conversation overage rate for your plan ($0.12 for Starter, $0.10 for Growth, $0.08 for Pro). You'll never be billed by surprise—we notify you in advance.
Does connecting Shopify cost extra?
No. The Shopify integration is included on every plan at no additional charge, and connecting or disconnecting it never changes your bill. Plans are priced purely on conversation volume.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrade to handle more volume, or downgrade whenever you need to adjust costs.
Do you take a commission on sales?
Never. You pay a flat monthly subscription—nothing more. We don't take a percentage of revenue like Linktree or Meta Checkout.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees, no contracts. Month-to-month plans, cancel anytime. Pro plans include dedicated onboarding at no extra cost.
